How is this different from using a recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter?
Two ways.
Traditional recruiters charge 20–25% and keep most of it. ExpertsCircle charges 15% and gives 75% to the expert who made the connection. No retainers, no upfront cost.
AI-based tools like LinkedIn Recruiter surface CVs based on keyword matching — you still have to filter hundreds of profiles yourself. On ExpertsCircle, a domain expert has already done that work. You receive a curated shortlist of candidates vouched for by someone who has worked in the role.

How securely is employer data stored?
The security and privacy of employer data is a top priority for Experts Circle. The platform uses state-of-the-art security measures to protect all data, including employer information.
Employer data is stored securely in the platform’s servers, which are protected by industry-standard encryption and other security measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or data breaches.
Access to employer data is restricted only to authorized personnel who are bound by confidentiality agreements. The platform also complies with relevant data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

How does Experts Circle work?
Candidate placement can be driven by an expert identifying a relevant open role for someone in their professional network, or by a hiring manager posting a job directly on the platform. When a job is posted, the most relevant experts are notified and can begin putting forward candidates they know and personally vouch for. The hiring manager then receives a curated shortlist of vetted candidates.
How does the payment system work on Experts Circle?
Experts Circle operates on a success fee model — you pay nothing until you hire. When a candidate introduced by an expert is successfully hired, a flat 15% fee applies. The expert receives the majority of this fee; Experts Circle retains a small portion.
All payments are handled through the platform, and both the employer and expert are notified once the transaction is processed.
Can employers leave reviews or feedback for experts they’ve worked with on the platform?
Our platform currently uses a system that automatically generates feedback based on employer actions in response to expert recommendations — tracking whether employers ignore, shortlist, or interview candidates. This informs each expert’s score and helps maintain high standards. Other employers can see a given expert’s effectiveness, and experts can use these insights to improve.
We are also introducing a feature that will allow employers to leave direct written feedback for experts they have worked with.
Are there any restrictions on the types of companies or industries that can use Experts Circle for hiring?
There are no specific restrictions on the types of companies or industries that can use Experts Circle. The platform serves a wide range of industries and job roles, from tech startups to established enterprises.
Experts on the platform have specific areas of expertise, so it is important to choose an expert with direct experience in your industry or the role you are hiring for. Employers are also responsible for ensuring they comply with any relevant hiring regulations in their sector.
Are experts employees of the Experts Circle platform?
No. Experts at Experts Circle are independent professionals who apply their domain knowledge to help employers find the right candidates. They earn a commission on successful placements. Experts Circle acts as the marketplace — connecting experts with hiring managers, not employing them.
What if there’s a dispute about a placement?
If there’s a concern about a placement, we encourage you to contact us through our Contact Us page. Both Experts Circle and the expert will work with you in good faith to understand the situation and explore options, which may include further assistance with your hiring. Disputes are resolved within a reasonable timeframe based on the circumstances.
