What if my new hire leaves within the first 90 days?
We offer a 90-day free-replacement guarantee. If the candidate resigns or is terminated for cause during that period, we reopen the role at no additional cost. Your 15 % success fee remains in escrow and is applied to the replacement hire—or refunded in full if we can’t refill the position.
