Often referred to as Expert, they leverage their substantial field experience to identify and recommend the most suitable candidates for job roles. Unlike traditional recruiters, they combine their in-depth knowledge with our platform's tools to facilitate a more informed and precise recruitment process.

Professionals with at least five years of proven industry experience, a strong professional network, and demonstrable subject matter expertise are eligible to join Experts Circle. Once they apply, they undergo a thorough verification process, ensuring authenticity and alignment with our high standards. This ensures that every Expert on our platform has both the deep industry knowledge and robust networking capabilities necessary to identify and recommend top-tier candidates.

At Experts Circle, two main pathways drive candidate placement:

  1. Proactive Sourcing by Experts
    An Expert can identify open positions through their professional network or by tracking companies they have connections with. Our system automatically scans external sources—like LinkedIn—for job listings from these tracked companies. When a relevant opening is found, the Expert is notified and can start recommending suitable candidates. We also suggest possible candidates from our database, making it easier for Experts to find the right match.
  2. Job Postings by Hiring Managers
    A hiring manager can directly post a job on our platform. Our system identifies and alerts the most relevant Experts based on their industry expertise. Experts can then ‘accept’ the role if they wish to recruit for it, and once engaged, they provide hiring managers with curated recommendations of vetted candidates.

This dual approach—proactive sourcing and reactive postings—ensures timely, accurate matches and a higher likelihood of successful placements.
