Where your fee goes
Your 15% is the whole cost. The experts are paid out of it, not on top of it.
- 50% to the expert who vouched for your hire. They put their name to the vouch.
- 15% to the expert who introduced you to ExpertsCircle, when there is one.
- The rest to ExpertsCircle (35%, or 50% when no expert introduced you).
Experts are paid only when the person they vouched for is hired and starts, so they only vouch for people they’d put their name to.

What is the 15% calculated on?
First-year base salary only. Bonus, equity, and benefits are excluded. A £60,000 base salary means a £9,000 fee — whatever else the package includes.
When do I actually pay?
We raise the invoice on your hire's first day of employment, on standard 30-day terms. Nothing is billed before then — posting the role, expert matching, and receiving the shortlist are all free.
What if I hire two people from one shortlist?
Each hire is a separate 15% fee. You pay per person who actually joins your team — never for the search, and never for candidates you pass on.
Does this cover contract roles?
Permanent hires are the standard platform flow today. For a contract, interim or fractional brief, book a free consultation and we will tell you honestly whether we have the right experts for it.
