- Positions you've heard about through your network
Step 2: Choose a Strong Candidate
Recommend someone who:
- Has the required skills and experience
- Would be a good cultural fit
- Is actively looking or open to opportunities you can genuinely vouch for
Step 3: Submit Your Recommendation
- Log in to your dashboard
- Click "Make a recommendation"
- Select the company and role
- Add the candidate's details
- Include a brief note about why they're a strong match
What Happens Next
- The hiring manager reviews your recommendation
- If they're interested, they'll schedule an interview
- You'll receive updates throughout the process
