Your network is valuable. Here's how to recommend strong candidates and earn rewards.


Step 1: Identify a Match

Look for roles at companies where you know the hiring manager. These can be:

  • Active job postings you've seen on Experts Circle
  • Speculative roles you think a company should hire for
  • Positions you've heard about through your network

Step 2: Choose a Strong Candidate


Recommend someone who:

  • Has the required skills and experience
  • Would be a good cultural fit
  • Is actively looking or open to opportunities you can genuinely vouch for


Step 3: Submit Your Recommendation

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Click "Make a recommendation"
  3. Select the company and role
  4. Add the candidate's details
  5. Include a brief note about why they're a strong match


What Happens Next

  • The hiring manager reviews your recommendation
  • If they're interested, they'll schedule an interview
  • You'll receive updates throughout the process
  • If hired, you earn 75% of the recruitment fee after the guarantee period
