Before you apply
We verify a minority of applicants. Employers rely on an endorsement from an ExpertsCircle expert meaning something, so the bar is deliberately narrow. You are a good fit if all four of these are true.
Real depth in one domain
Several years working inside a field — engineering, finance, product, data, or similar — not a generalist recruiting background. You need to be able to judge whether someone is genuinely good at the job.
A network you actually know
People whose work you have seen first-hand, or can credibly assess. You are vouching with your own name, so second-degree contacts scraped from a feed will not clear verification.
Willing to screen properly
Every candidate you put forward gets your personal endorsement. That means an actual conversation and an honest judgement, not forwarding a CV and hoping.
Right to work with UK employers
Our roles are with UK-based employers. You do not need to be UK-resident, but you do need to be able to invoice and be paid into a UK bank account via BACS.

Nothing here needs preparing in advance, but the application goes faster if you have it to hand.

- 4Bank details for BACS payouts — you can add these later, but nothing pays out until they are on file.
After you submit
Verification is the only gate. Once you are through it, you keep 75% of the success fee on every hire you help make.

A person reads it. We are checking that your stated expertise is real and that it maps to domains where we have live employer demand.

You take the domain assessment
A short, practical assessment in your field. It sets the domains you are verified to screen for — and it is why an employer can trust an endorsement from you.

Your account is activated
Verified experts get access to the expert dashboard, where roles matched to your domain start appearing. There is no fee and no subscription at any point.

You start endorsing candidates
Pick roles that suit your network, screen the people you rate, and put them forward. From here the earning cycle takes over.
